Official status
Kling AI doesn't publish a public status page, so this verdict is based on our own checks and visitor reports.
Our checks
Every minute we contact Kling AI's public addresses from Cloudflare's network. Bot protection and missing API keys often cause 401, 403 or 404 replies; those still show the service is reachable.

Not working for you? Try this
- Check the visitor reports hereWith no official status page, other visitors' reports are the quickest sign of a wider outage. Lots of recent reports means it isn't just you.
- Videos stuck in the queueVideo generation takes time, and queues get much longer at busy times, especially on free plans. Long waits on their own don't mean Kling is down.
- Check your creditsGenerations use credits, and longer or higher-quality videos cost more. If a job won't start, check your balance first.
- One prompt or image keeps failingIf a single prompt or uploaded image is rejected every time while others work, it's probably blocked by Kling's content rules. Change it and try again.
- Try a private window or another browserIf the app won't load or keeps logging you out, a private window rules out extensions and old site data.

Questions about Kling AI outages
Does Kling AI have an official status page?
Not that we could find (checked October 2026). This page uses our own checks of kling.ai and its app, plus visitor reports.
Why are my Kling videos taking hours?
Queues grow at busy times, and free generations usually wait longest. If many people report problems at once, it's more likely a wider slowdown.
How do you decide Kling is down without official data?
We only say “Likely down” when our checks fail and visitors report problems at the same time. Reports on their own only raise “Some users report problems”.
