- Editor, preview or published site?Lovable reports these separately. If your published site is down but the editor works, look at the “Published customer sites” line above. If only the preview won't load, it's the “Preview links” part.
- Build errors after a changeIf the preview breaks right after a prompt, it's usually an error in the generated code rather than an outage. Ask Lovable to fix the error it shows, or go back to an earlier version.
- Check your creditsLovable runs on credits. When they run out, prompts stop going through until they refresh or you upgrade. That isn't an outage.
- Backend or database not respondingApps that use Lovable Cloud depend on it for data and logins. If your app loads but can't save or sign people in, check the Cloud line in the official status.
- Refresh and try a private windowReload the editor. If it still won't load, open it in a private window to rule out extensions and old site data.

Published sites are hosted separately from the editor. Check the “Published customer sites” component above; if it's fine, the problem is likely in your app's code or settings.
Why won't Lovable accept my prompt?
Usually because your credits have run out. If you have credits and every prompt fails, check the live status.
