Suno is an AI music generator that creates songs from a text prompt, on suno.com and in its apps. Suno doesn't publish a status page, so this page relies on our own checks of the website and its app servers every minute, plus reports from visitors.
Official status
Suno doesn't publish a public status page, so this verdict is based on our own checks and visitor reports.
Our checks
Every minute we contact Suno's public addresses from Cloudflare's network. Bot protection and missing API keys often cause 401, 403 or 404 replies; those still show the service is reachable.

Not working for you? Try this
- Check the visitor reports hereWithout an official status page, other people's reports are the best sign of a wider outage. If many visitors have reported problems recently, it isn't just you.
- Check your creditsEvery song uses credits. If a generation won't start, check your remaining credits and plan before assuming Suno is down.
- Songs stuck generatingAt busy times songs can take longer. Wait a few minutes and refresh; finished songs normally appear in your library even if the page didn't update.
- One prompt or lyric keeps failingIf a single prompt or set of lyrics fails every time while others work, it may be blocked by Suno's content rules, for example for naming a real artist. Rephrase it.
- Try the app or a private windowIf suno.com won't load properly, try the Suno app or a private browser window to rule out extensions and old site data.

Questions about Suno outages
Does Suno have an official status page?
Not that we could find (checked October 2026). This page uses our own checks of suno.com and its app servers, plus visitor reports.
Why is Suno so slow at the moment?
Generation queues get longer at busy times. If lots of visitors are reporting problems, it's probably a wider slowdown rather than your account.
How do you know Suno is down without official data?
We say “Likely down” only when our checks fail and visitors report problems at the same time. Reports on their own only raise “Some users report problems”.
