Not working for you? Try this
- Which part is failing?Civitai monitors each part separately. If images don't show, check Image Delivery; if model downloads fail, File Delivery; if on-site generation is stuck, the Job Subsystem. The official components above show each one.
- Seeing a “region blocked” page?Civitai restricts access in some countries. From a UK connection, for example, civitai.com sends visitors to a region-blocked page. That's a deliberate restriction by Civitai, not an outage.
- Model downloads stop or failLarge model files can take a long time. If downloads keep failing, check File Delivery above, then try again later or with a download manager that can resume.
- Generation is slow or won't startOn-site generation uses Civitai's job system and its Buzz currency. Check your Buzz balance, and the Job Subsystem line above if many jobs are stuck.
- API users: slow down on errorsIf scripts calling Civitai's API start failing, space out requests and retry later. Check the API line above for a wider problem.

Questions about Civitai outages
Why does Civitai say my region is blocked?
Civitai restricts access in some countries, including the UK at the time we checked (October 2026). It's a policy decision by Civitai, not an outage, and this page can't change it.
Images aren't loading on Civitai. Is it down?
Images come from a separate delivery service. If the main site works but pictures don't, check Image Delivery in the official status above.
Where is Civitai's official status page?
