Not working for you? Try this

1. Web app or API?Ideogram lists its web app and API separately, so one can work while the other doesn't. Check which line in the official status above matches what you use.
2. Generations are slowAt busy times images can queue for longer, depending on your plan. Wait a little before resubmitting; sending the same prompt many times can make it slower.
3. One prompt is always rejectedIf a single prompt fails every time while others work, it's likely being blocked by Ideogram's content rules. Rephrase it.
4. Refresh or try a private windowIf ideogram.ai won't load or keeps signing you out, reload it or open a private window to rule out extensions and old site data.
5. API users: check your key and usageAuthentication errors point to a missing or wrong API key. If requests are refused after heavy use, check your API usage and billing.
