Not working for you? Try this
- Website, app or API?HeyGen lists heygen.com, app.heygen.com and api.heygen.com separately. Check which one matches what's failing for you in the official status above.
- A video is stuck processingRendering avatar videos takes time, and longer videos take longer. Give it a while and refresh; finished videos appear in your projects even if the page didn't update.
- Check your plan's allowanceHeyGen limits how much video you can create on each plan. If a video won't start rendering, check your remaining allowance before assuming an outage.
- Upload or avatar problemsIf one uploaded file or avatar keeps failing while others work, the problem is likely with that file. Try a different format or a shorter clip.
- API users: check your keyA 401 from HeyGen's API means a missing or wrong API key. Errors in the 500s are on HeyGen's side.
