Not working for you? Try this

1. Only one bot isn't answering? Many Poe bots run on models from other companies, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. If one bot fails while others work, its model provider may be having problems. Check that provider's page on this site, and try a different bot in the meantime.
2. Check your pointsMessages on Poe use points from your allowance or subscription, and some bots cost more than others. If messages stop sending, check your remaining points before assuming an outage.
3. Refresh or start a new chatReload poe.com or the app. If one long conversation keeps failing, start a new chat with the same bot.
4. Try the app or the websiteIf poe.com doesn't work, try the Poe app (or the other way round). If one works, update or clear the one that doesn't.
5. API users: check your keyPoe's API is listed separately as api.poe.com. Authentication errors mean a key problem; errors in the 500s are on Poe's side.
