- Make sure AI is switched on for youNotion AI depends on your plan and your workspace settings, and workspace admins can turn AI features off. If AI has never worked for you in a work workspace, ask your admin before assuming an outage.

- Enterprise Search can't find somethingSearch only covers apps that are connected and pages you're allowed to see. Check the connection in your workspace settings and your access to the content.
- Refresh, then try the other appReload the page or restart the desktop app. If the web version works and the desktop app doesn't (or the other way round), update the one that's failing.
- Sign out and back inLogin problems show up under “Login and user accounts” on Notion's status page. If that's fine, signing out fully and back in often clears stuck sessions.
