Copilot works in Edge but not in the Windows app. Is it down?
Probably not. If one way of using Copilot works, the service is up. Update or restart the app that's failing, and sign in again.
Is Copilot down when ChatGPT is down?
They're separate services run by different companies, and each has its own outages. Check both pages on this site.
